Olivia joined the United Way Administrative Team in February of 2026. As Administrative Assistant, she has the pleasure of working closely with every department as an office manager, logistical support provider, finance assistant, and resident expert on “other duties as assigned.” Plus, if you stop by the office, hers is the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through the door! Olivia is honored and thrilled to be surrounded by a team of people who care so deeply about everyone in their community and work so hard to enact meaningful, lasting change.
Born and raised in Iowa, Olivia is a lifelong Hawkeye fan and graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in mathematics. She appreciates that her work at United Way allows her to utilize her analytical mind and love of spreadsheets and organization while also fulfilling her desire to help create a world where every person can live a healthy, joyful life. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her girlfriend and their two cats, singing in a local choir, and playing alto saxophone in a community band.
