The President & CEO provides strategic leadership to advance United Way’s mission and impact. They oversee fundraising efforts, including major and planned giving, and build strong relationships with donors, partners, and community leaders. The CEO ensures operational and financial excellence, leads a high-performing team, and serves as a visible and trusted representative of United Way. They stay current on philanthropic trends to guide innovative strategies and actively engage with the United Way network, adhering to national membership standards.
