Finance Assistant

Department: Administration

Part-Time Hourly - 20 hours per week.

Flexible hours - preferably daily or 4 days/week.

United Way of Champaign County is looking for a detail-oriented office professional to provide finance support to the UWCC staff.  This individual will need to be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.   Advanced Microsoft Office 365 Tools skills are a requirement.   

Critical Attributes

  • Bookkeeping or finance related background required.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office 365 Tools skills.    
  • Exceptional organization, independent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with training and accurate data entry work.
  • Ability to work with financial data; experience with Quickbooks preferred.
