Stephanie Seay serves as the General Manager for Heartland Coca-Cola, overseeing distribution centers in Peoria, Springfield, Quincy, Charleston, and Champaign throughout Central Illinois. With more than 21 years of experience in sales operations management, she brings deep expertise in business development, inventory planning, cost reduction, logistics, resource allocation, budgeting, P&L ownership, and team leadership.
A graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Business Marketing, Stephanie has built a career defined by operational excellence and strategic growth. She is passionate about leading high-performing teams and delivering results that drive both business success and community impact.
Beyond her professional role, Stephanie is deeply committed to community service. Since 2021, she has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Champaign County, contributing her leadership and business insight to support the organization’s mission of improving lives across the region. In 2025, she joined the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois, further expanding her commitment to supporting families and strengthening local communities. She is also a proud member of the Rotary Club of Champaign, District 6490.
Stephanie lives in Champaign, Illinois, with her husband, Donavyn, their daughter, Sophia, and their dog, Bruno.
