Project DASH

United Way’s Project DASH, in partnership with DoorDash, delivers essential items like food and household necessities directly to families in need across Champaign County.

Reading Changes Everything

With a book, kids can imagine new places, explore big ideas, and see themselves as anything they want to be. Reading is also the foundation for all learning—math, science, history, and beyond. Research shows the single most important factor in a child’s educational success is exposure to books. 

The Bottom Line Diaper Bank: Meeting Diaper Need in Champaign County

What is the Bottom Line Diaper Bank?

Diapers are essential—but expensive. Families in Champaign County spend over $80/month on diapers. When money is tight, parents sometimes cut back on diapers so that they can afford other basic needs. Some parents regularly miss school or work because they don’t have enough diapers to take to daycare while they are waiting for their next paycheck. We help bridge that gap.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to earn a living that can sustain a family and build security for future generations. That’s why we’re partnering to help more adults thrive in a career, live in quality housing, and build generational wealth.
